*includes procedure, pain medication, rabies & FVRCP vaccination, flea & ear mite treatment as needed. Additional services such as FeLV/FIV testing, dewormer and microchipping offered at an additional cost. Additional cost may occur for umbilical hernia repair, cryptorchid, etc.

Appointment must be made for these services in advance. A $35 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPSOIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT. If you need to cancel, please notify us 24 hours+ in advance to reschedule. There are no refunds on cancelled appointments or no shows. FINAL BALANCE DUE WILL BE REQUIRED AT TIME OF SERVICE. CASH OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS (+4% FEE) ACCEPTED. NO CHECKS.
Any surgery presents risks of injury or death from the procedure, anesthetics, or drugs used. Some factors significantly increase this surgical risk. This includes, but is not limited to: pregnancy, heart murmur, females in heat, and animals that suffer from FIV, FeLV, or heartworm. No laboratory bloodwork is done before surgery. If my pet is over the age of 7, it is advised that pre- operative bloodwork should be completed and brought the day of the appointment.
